2. Product Information

All swings are handmade using high-quality materials including velvet, suede, jute, and manufactured wood (Lasani). As a result, slight variations in texture, color, or finish are natural and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required to confirm an order.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, cash on delivery (limited to Lahore), and [mention any online gateways if applicable].

  • Custom orders must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on location and customization.

  • Delivery within Lahore may be faster and handled by our own team.

  • Any shipping delays due to third-party couriers are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and customized nature of our swings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Exchanges are only possible in case of a manufacturing defect, and claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Care Instructions

We recommend indoor use only. Fabric and rope should be spot-cleaned gently with a damp cloth. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and moisture for long-lasting durability.

7. Liability Disclaimer
