Since each swing is made to order, shipping can take 4 to 7 working days & shipping can vary based on the swing type.

 

5. How will I know my swing is ready for shipping?

Before shipping, we will send you a video of your completed swing to ensure you are satisfied with the product.

 

6. Do you offer nationwide and international shipping?

Yes, we ship nationwide across Pakistan. We will also offer international shipping soon!

 

7. How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the swing. The standard rate is PKR 120 per kg, and most swings weigh around 7 to 8 kg, so shipping costs typically range from PKR 840 to 960.

Currently, we do not offer installation services, but we are working on providing this service soon.

Our swings can generally support 60 to 70 kg, but the exact weight capacity may vary depending on the design.

 

10. What is the warranty on The Swingy swings?

We offer a 6-month warranty on our swings. However, please handle them with care, as they are luxury furniture pieces, not playground swings.

Proper cleaning depends on the swing’s fabric:

  • Velvet Swings: Use a soft cloth or vacuum with a brush attachment. For stains, dab gently with a damp cloth & mild soap—do not soak.
  • Silk Swings: Spot clean with a mild detergent and cold water. Avoid rubbing harshly, and do not use bleach.
  • Cotton Swings: Machine washable on a gentle cycle or hand wash with mild detergent.

Always avoid excessive water exposure and let the fabric air dry completely.

  • Full payment is required to confirm an order.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, cash on delivery (limited to Lahore), and [mention any online gateways if applicable].

  • Custom orders must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on location and customization.

  • Delivery within Lahore may be faster and handled by our own team.

  • Any shipping delays due to third-party couriers are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and customized nature of our swings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Exchanges are only possible in case of a manufacturing defect, and claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
