No, we prioritize quality over quantity. Our swings are handmade on order with special attention to detail.
We don’t offer ready-made swings. All our swings are made fresh just for you, allowing us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each swing is made especially for you, it usually takes about 4 to 7 working days to prepare. Shipping times can vary a little depending on the swing type, thanks for your patience!
5. How will I know when my swing is ready to ship?
We’ll send you a quick video of your finished swing so you can see it up close before it heads your way. That way, you know exactly what’s coming!
6. Do you offer nationwide and international shipping?
Yes, we do! Whether you’re nearby or far away, we’re happy to send our swings to your doorstep!
7. How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges depend on the weight of your swing. The standard rate is PKR 120 per kg. Since most swings weigh between 7 to 8 kg, shipping usually costs around PKR 840 to 960.

We don’t offer installation services at the moment, but we’re working on making it available!

9. What is the weight capacity of The Swingy swings?
Most of our swings can comfortably support 60 to 70 kg. However, the exact weight limit can vary slightly depending on the design and style. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask.
10. What is the warranty on The Swingy swings?
We offer a 6-month warranty on our swings. That said, please handle them with care, they’re luxury furniture pieces, designed for comfort and beauty, not for rough use like playground swings.

Proper cleaning depends on the swing’s fabric:
- Velvet Swings: Use a soft cloth or vacuum with a brush attachment. For stains, dab gently with a damp cloth & mild soap—do not soak.
- Silk Swings: Spot clean with a mild detergent and cold water. Avoid rubbing harshly, and do not use bleach.
- Cotton Swings: Machine washable on a gentle cycle or hand wash with mild detergent.
Always avoid excessive water exposure and let the fabric air dry completely.
